Can anyone send me a link to a full version of the software: CD Print?

I need to design cd labels and print on printable cd's and the version that came with the printer is extremely limited. CD Print 1.50A is the version I have now. I know people get it from the Russian Epson site but I can't read Russian :( Thanks in advance!!!
