Do you think The Offender Registry is like The Scarlet Letter?

Yes - some on the offender lists are serious threats, but many are not and it is absurd and a huge miscarriage of justice that some young men of 17/18 have been put on the list forever for sleeping with 16 year old girlfriends. So much of this is so clearly related to misandry that it is astonishing that anyone can openly defend it.
