If Obama made a taped appeal advocating disarmament why has this not been brought to light til now?

Getting out of the war is one issue but disarmament of our forces indicates the depth of that mans stupidity in the current state of affairs.. He won't leave a left wing dictator behind but he ignores our great generals and wants to undermine our capability to wage war.
