Tank setup?

I have a tank in the process of a cycle and I think it is time to start thinking about fish to stock it with. I have decided to add 1 tablespoon for 10 gallons, and it is a 29 gallon tank. I already have some fish in another tank that I am going to add: a trio(1 male + 2 females)of guppies, a hypostomus plecostomus(going to put it in a bigger tank when it is big enough to live with the inhabitants), 6 neons, and about 50 guppy fry. I am going to split the tank with a divider. On one fourth will be the fry, and on the other 3/4 will be the community. Now I think I will add 4 more neons and a trio of swords. So the final result will be 10 neons, 1 pl*co, 3 guppies, a trio of swordtails, and about 50 fry. I am going to sell the fry when they get big enough and they aren't all from the same pregnancy, so their are varying sized fish. Can I add some mickey mouse platy, or some mollies, or a zebra pleco, or a bristlenose? Or any combination of any of these fish?
