If Iran is attacked how likely is it that the remaining Middle Eastern countries will ally against the US?

How likely, if the US attacks yet another middle eastern country, e.g., Iran, that the other middle eastern neighbors, e.g., Syria & Lebanon, that also do not like the US and pose equal threat, might see themselves as "next" on the list and form an alliance against the US, thus inciting "WWIII?"
