Is it tru that drinking sterilized milk can cover spots during xray?

Your milk is pretty close to sterile after pasturization. And I've never heard or read anything about not being able to drink milk of any sort prior to an x-ray. I've had x-rays in the past and have never been told not to drink milk, or warned that milk could change the findings. I read medical reports all day at work and have never heard such a thing.
