Sensor to sense acid's level?? please...?

first off decide if you want to make a contact or non contact type sensor. next you need to worry about how long you want this to work (corrosive medium!). any type of sensing that can be used for liquids as well as the resistance measurement method as the acid is conductive can be rigged up and a subset of this type is the contact at the required level.
