What channel does the CW come on for cable?

I've searched around a lot lately but I can't seem to find what channel the CW really comes on for cable. I have IO cable. I found a website that said it was on channel 7 for cable but for me, channel 7 is WABC. Can anybody tell me what channel number the CW comes on?
