If I went into a plastic surgeon's office and told him I wanted....?

Wait until you get an estimate to see what the entire cost is. I have an idea, that after all that plastic surgery is done, you still won't be happy with yourself. It's what's on the "inside" that you're not happy with & no amount of plastic surgery will please you. Please reconsider having surgery & be happy with the looks that God gave you. When you're at peace with yourself on the inside, you'll be at peace with yourself on the outside & you'll achieve that without plastic surgery. :)
