You're makin' a mountain outta a mole hill hon. It was the same for me too when I was your age. Give yourself another year or two and the guys will start showing more respect. Especially if you "take the bull by the horns" and maybe try to cultivate a more mature look. If you have long hair, get it trimmed to chin length or a couple inches below the ears.
