What can i do to make my '99 plymouth neon faster? upgrade wise?

i have a completely stock '99 plymouth neon and i would just like to have maybe a list if you have time of things that i could get. it would be greatly appreciated. price doesnt matter at this exact moment but will when i buy the things but i would also like the website thanks alot and i hope i get some needed help from everyone.
